Every pair is made with love and packed by hand. Here's how it gets from us to you.
Processing time
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, not counting holidays. You'll get an email with tracking the moment your order leaves us.
Shipping rates (United States)
- Orders over $100: free shipping.
- Orders under $100: $7.99 flat rate / calculated at checkout.
Tip: one pair of Love Pants plus a Bottomless Bag gets you over $100 and ships free.
Delivery time
Most US orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship. We ship with USPS / Fedex.
International shipping
Love Pants ships worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International orders usually arrive within 7 to 21 business days after they ship.
Duties and taxes for your country are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives.
Tracking your order
Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, then email us at .
Wrong address
Double check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once a package leaves us, we can't redirect it.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for getting it to you. If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, or your order shows delivered and you can't find it, email us. We'll work with the carrier and do everything we can to make it right.
If your pants arrive damaged or you got the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll take care of you.
